Your dietitian will guide you through your personal goals through cognitive behavioural therapy to change your eating behaviour. A standard consultation structure has been set up for the Online Coach program, which can be completed per person in relation to their personal goals.

There are times in our lives when we just need a supportive hand, a third eye to help us see other perspectives. This person will listen, really and deeply, and then guide you with the skills of the Lifestyle Coach so that you can find your own truth, solution and your own unique and authentic way to overcome obstacles and create conditions for the life you want to live. The individual coaching sessions will be provided outside in public and natural-harmonious spaces (eg. Thessaloniki beach, parks, gardens) and in walking … We are in the office and indoors almost all day. So let’s try it differently, like Socrates! Fresh air and beautiful scenery, images and smells help connect the left and right hemispheres of our brain which helps us think more creatively, productively and happily. We think with our heart and mind together and this is definitely more effective! We discover solutions and perspectives that, locked in four walls, we might not have seen and, therefore, they were not there for us … Walking in a beautiful and relaxed environment helps to release tension from the body, acts as an anxiolytic and promotes the secretion of endorphins (hormones of happiness). So, we experience significant changes in our mental state. When we walk in nature, we often notice things about our lives or our current situation that we had not noticed before. Contact with nature alone is one of the best “medicines” for the frenzy and stress that for most is the main obstacle.

It focuses on training our minds to make the change permanent. We set goals, which come from the customer himself, not from us. As a diet coach I do not interfere in the plan that he sets, but I properly direct the Nutrition Program based on his personality, his values, his goal and his daily life. For example, if someone wants to lose 5 kilos, we do not focus on the number, but on the meaning that exists for each customer behind the loss of those kilos. How will he feel then? What will he do differently in his daily life that he does not do now? How will his life be structured differently? In this way the change will have a permanent character and the person will experience the feeling of satisfaction through the achievement of his own goal, that is, he will develop his emotional well-being. The ultimate goal, of course, is that the individual takes full control of his life and his attitude towards food. Through our weekly meetings, we come in contact with ourselves and others for 2 hours full of thoughts, hearings, emotions … How much everyone will reveal is a purely personal matter, but the confidentiality within the group, as a coaching philosophy, promotes a sense of security and trust among team members. Each team has its own atmosphere. People in the group respect and protect each other, through their commitment to actively participate, even when they hear others share their own concerns. This creates a normal process of enhanced acceptance of oneself and others. In addition, in this supportive environment, we receive. Group coaching has a lower cost than individual sessions.

Old age is an equally creative, productive and dynamic period in people’s lives. We need actions to support, care, strengthen and boost self-confidence as well as enhance the sense of independence, self-sufficiency, contribution and social participation. The goal of our office will be for older people not to allow themselves to retire from life, to become more active, stronger on their own. The “Help at Home” program of our office will serve elderly and disabled people, basically lonely and without a supportive environment, who face serious health problems and need dietary-nutritional monitoring.
