Each person’s relationship with food is different and you are called to create your own, individual positive institution with it.
Our goal is to combine foods and understand why you consume each food separately and not to treat you as a prescription paper and as an entity that is part of the amorphous mass of many diets so that you can enjoy, not be deprived, to be happy and to live contentedly so that it doesn’t concern you anymore.
Visit us and at the end of the training your apprehension of food will have changed.
Family
The weekly meal plan for the whole family is important both for the necessary supply and household, as well as for the consolidation of balanced eating habits in all members of the family.
Family nutrition is an influential factor in our eating habits. The coexistence of two or more people under the same roof, common life and common habits determine the collective eating behavior and inevitably lead to the adoption of similar food choices.
Our goal is a balanced family diet to contribute to the promotion of development and health of children.
The presence of the whole family is considered necessary so that all together change the way of thinking about food.
The education is not only aimed at children who may have a health problem (obesity, weight loss, autoimmune disease) but also at other family members.
Group Sessions
Strong bonds between members of a team with the same goals and aspirations can yield spectacular results. This program has no diet plan!! Within the team we get impetus to make the changes we want to make. Group sessions of three to six people are highly recommended for people who have been overweight for a number of years beyond what is considered normal. It is possible that the standard way of dieting is not effective for these people. It may not suit them or they may be tired. “We are looking for the solution to weight loss in the external context (diets, training programs, weight loss methods), when in fact the solution occurs when we focus on the changes that need to be made within us.“
In this method:
- Emphasis is placed on the organization of meals and their enjoyment.
- You are trained in a new way to consume food, without feeling deprived.
- Weight loss is achieved slowly and permanently.
- No weekly diet is included.
- Emphasis is placed on addressing the reasons (factors) that lead to binge eating, negative body image and negative self-esteem.
The aim of the method is:
- the establishment of the normal way of eating through special education.
- improving the self-esteem of the individual.
- the management of negative messages (racist comments)
- self-recognition and acceptance.
- the acceptance of the body image.
- weight loss at a slow and steady pace.
