• Born in Thessaloniki in 1980.
• Graduated from the Nutrition Dietetics faculty of Alexandrion Technological Academic Institution of Thessaloniki and is currently graduating the master at the nutrition dietetics faculty at the International University of Greece with specialisation in Sports Nutrition.
• He is legally practicing the profession of the Dietitian / Dietetics Specialist and is owner of the “Compass Nutrition” company, formerly in the healthy food business (trade of healthy food products, “Green Place”).
• Scientific Partner of the Greek Alzheimer’s and congenital memory disorders Fund, President of the Institution “PRAXITELEION”, Vice President of the European Organization “A.S.T.E.R.I.”, the Greek Federation of city wheels, Euro Green Sports, the Shoe Museum Thessaloniki, the Virtual Reality Gallery Project, the European Program Mediterranean Miracle, the Sports Club TAE KWON DO “TRIANDROS” and the Greek rugby team “NEMESIS”.
• He began his career in the profession of dietetics as a student in the informatics and biostatistics workshop of the nutrition/dietetics faculty A.T.E.I.TH and specialisation from E.F.E.T. and is certified in matters of Food certitude and hygiene, measure and quality control in Olympic facilities.
• Formerly subsidiary co-worker at P.A.E.-P.A.O.K. Sports Club, at E.F.E.T., at Teaching Hospital A.H.E.P.A., of the Greek Federation of Modern Triathlon-Pentathlon- Rugby League, of Sports Club ARIS Underground Box and various sports and cultural clubs.
• Chief manager of the nutrition and dietetics faculty in a private Health and Nutrition Centre in Thessaloniki, Corfu and Athens
• Head of Nutrition in the School contest in Proti Serron (Serres, Greece), 18. – 22. May under the aegis of the President of the Hellenic Republic.
• Certified games ump from the International Federation of Modern Pentathlon for Laser Run sports
• Certified water polo (S.E.D.Y.) and handball referee (S.D.CH.V.E)
• Member and vice President of the Greek Association of the Nutritionists / dietetics specialists (branch: precinct Central Makedonia)
• Member of the “Association Economists and related sciences and businessmen”
• Member of the Group “Life solidarity – Society care for vulnerable groups” (A.M.K.E.)
• Member of the Greek Association for the promotion of women in sports and athletics

He has attended numerous conferences in medicine, the (greek) army, nutrition-dietetics, sports, food chemistry, and has also lectured in many of them introducing his own projects, such as:

• Student knowledge concerning certitude and food hygiene
• Nutritional analysis of airline meals
• Microbiological and hygiene control concerning the certitude and food hygiene, members of staff in Restaurants as well as advisory methods
• Assessment of nutritional habits as well as nutritional condition of youngsters in adolescence in the prefecture of Thessaloniki / Greece

He has been awarded:

• As member of the research group from the Greek paediatric organisation (award “DOXIADI” in: social paediatrics, prevalence of simple and central obesity in adolescence in Greece: results of the ADONUT research).
• For his subsidiary work from E.F.E.T.
• For his innovative idea and implementation: instruction of the affordable family nutrition programme (family of 4) from the Fund of innovation and business (Mo.K.E.) of the Alexandrion Technological Academic Institution Thessaloniki.
• From the association of Greek Veteran Athletes in running track Thessaloniki (S.E.B.A.S.TH.) for coming 2^nd in javelin throw, class 35-39 years, in the veteran games 2017-2018
• For his subsidiary work concerning the nutrition programme as well as certitude & food hygiene in camp restaurants in the 13. School contest in Proti Serron, 18. – 22. May under the aegis of the President of the Hellenic Republic.

Also, in recent years in the media and especially on the radio, he has been a contributor and scientific collaborator in the show: Radio rehearsal on the radio of ANT1, Gnomi and the Greek Diaspora in the CITY INTERNATIONAL. He is a sports fan since he was a former athlete in large gymnasiums and not. In his free time, he deals with business projects and applications, politics, adapting and composing music, basketball, tennis and hiking-mountaineering.
